OUR PRE-K GROUP
Yvette graduated from FAU in 2007 with a bachelors in Elementary Education with ESOL endorsement and a K-12 Exceptional Student Education Certificate. She has 5 years of teaching experience in Broward and Collier Counties. She has two children, and one of them currently attends TSP.
Hope has worked at TSP since 2006. She has her CDA certificate and is currently working in the Pre-K class. Hope is the mother of five children.
Beth began teaching at TSP in 2004. She earned her Child Development Associate degree and is the mother of two children.
Bea was born in Colombia, South America but moved to the United States at the age of six. At an early age, she realized being bilingual was an asset that could allow her to help others in unique ways, and when she was in high school, she discovered her passion for working with children. The first part of her career was spent working with students in the school system in Laguna Beach, California. After pausing her career to raise her son for a bit, she reentered the educational system in 2001, working in Collier County. Bea’s professional career has consisted of working as a bilingual coordinator; a special education professional in high school, elementary school and preschool; an ELL program coordinator, and a teacher’s assistant. She joined our Temple Shalom Preschool family in 2017. Bea is grateful to serve the community and continue to work educating and serving the youth, and we are so happy to have her on our team!
Cierra graduated from FGCU in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Education. She joined our TSP family in 2017 as one of our PreK teachers.
Sharon began her career at TSP in 1990 where she worked in both the Lions and Pre-K programs. In 2011, when the Science Lab was launched, she became the science teacher. She now teaches one of our Pre-K classes. Sharon received a BS in Special Education and, before working at TSP, she taught in Lee and Collier County public schools. Two of her three children are graduates of TSP.
Lynn Ruth Glazer
Lynne holds a B.S. degree and permanent certification in K-6, as well as an M.S.W. degree with a strong background in group work and casework. She has over 20 years teaching experience and specializes in teaching reading. In her spare time, she writes children’s stories and self-help books. One of her books will be published later in 2019!
OUR LIONS GROUP
Leslie began working at TSP in 2004 as a Lions teacher. She holds a degree in Early Education, Education, and Reading Specialist from SUNY at Buffalo State University. She has also earned a Florida Teaching certificate. Leslie has lived in Naples since 2000 and has three daughters, two of whom have graduated from TSP.
Erica joined our TSP family in 2017 assisting in one of the Lions classes. Previously, she lived in California with her husband and worked as a dental assistant before deciding to stay at home to care for her daughter, Aliyah, and son, Ethan. She and her family moved to Florida in 2016 to be closer to her brother’s family. They all love living in beautiful Naples! Erica loves working with children and seeing them bloom as they get older!
Christy graduated from UCF in 2007 with a BA in Psychology. She began teaching at TSP in 2013 in the Cubs program and has been working as a Lions teacher since 2014. Christy is married and is the proud mother of two wonderful children, Ellie and Henry.
Samantha graduated from Barron Collier High School with the class of 2016 and is currently working towards a degree in Special Education. With a history of child care and a love for children, she couldn't wait to become a part of the TSP family and has been working with the Lions group since 2016!
Linda recently moved to Naples from Atlanta. She was a preschool teacher in Atlanta for 15 years and was a special needs teacher before teaching preschool children. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Maryland. When Linda joined our TSP family, she began as a teacher's assistant with the Cubs and is now one of the teachers in our Lions group.
Monica joined our TSP staff in 2016. She had been a stay-at-home mom for a few years prior. She loved being home with her children and taking them to fun outings and creating wonderful arts and crafts at home. Her son started his first year at TSP in 2016, and she absolutely fell in love with the school, the teachers and the staff. Her daughter began her first year at TSP in 2017, and Monica is so happy to be able to work where her children are! She loves to work with children - to see them grow and evolve into the adorable little people that they are!
Kathleen is married and is a mom of one boy and one girl. She is CDA certified and has been teaching for 20 years in areas ranging from early childhood education to primary grades. She has experience in both Special Education as well as General Education. Kathleen loves working with children because she loves to see how they grow and develop.
Sara grew up in the Adirondack Mountains of New York and earned a BA in English Literature from Oswego State University. She met her husband in Tampa, FL, and they had two children. She then spent five years as a full time mother exploring all the activities in and around Raleigh, NC, before finally making their home in Naples. Her youngest child attends the preschool, and Sara is so excited to be a part of the TSP family!
OUR CUBS GROUP
Wallie's relationship with TSP began in 1993 when her son began his early childhood education here. She is the Cubs team leader and mother of two.
Simone has been with TSP since 2002 when her son began his early childhood education. She graduated from Rutgers College of Pharmacy with a B.S. degree. She is the mother of two, both of whom attended preschool at TSP.
Ann began working at TSP in 2006 when she became certified to work with preschool children. Anne earned a B. A. degree in English from Tufts University and moved to Washington, DC where she taught English to 7th graders at a private school. From there she moved back to Rhode Island where she spent several years volunteering in schools when her children were growing up. She and her husband developed a children’s book distributing company that supplied books to schools, libraries and the Reading is Fundamental(RIF) program.
Coki was born in Israel and grew up in Haifa. She served three years in the IDF and received a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Oranim College where she majored in Drama and Psychology. In 1998 she moved to Naples where she lives with her husband and three sons. Coki works in the Cubs program.
Jackie was born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania. While earning her Paralegal degree through Luzerne C.C. College, she began her work with children as an employee of the Child Development Council of NEPA. She moved to Naples in 1998 and continued working with children in a private capacity. Jackie completed her Florida State Childcare Training and Certification with the Florida Early Care and Professional Development Registry and Department of Children and Family Services. She has been working at TSP since 2010.
Anja joined our TSP family in 2016 and assists in the Cubs program.
Lynn has been a teacher at TSP for 15 years since her oldest son was a student. Prior to teaching she worked as an LPN in Tallahassee and Naples. She enjoys the high energy pace of our youngest children.
Natasha graduated from TSP in 1995 and is thrilled to be working at the school that she attended and with teachers that were her own teachers! She is married and has two children. Both her son and daughter attended TSP as well! Natasha is CDA certified and previously worked at a preschool while attending college. She loves working with children, watching them grow, and creating special memories with them.
Music, Storyland, and “Mommy, Me and More” classes
Jane attended Northern Illinois University and has been teaching at TSP since 1999. She is also a cantorial soloist with Naples Jewish Congregation and is the mother of six children.
Art Teacher/ STEM
All three of her children have attended TSP, and they were very well prepared for Elementary School. Before she moved to Naples, she was the Executive Director of WIZO, a non-profit organization that raises money for social programs in Israel. Even though her background is in non-profit organization and fundraising, her love is art. At TSP she can share this love with the students and watch their imaginations grow.
